Few people have ever doubted that happiness is very important is a work focusing on the science of subjective well-being and our conceptualisation of happiness. The work deals with questions about what makes us happy and how we can influence our experiences of happiness. How happiness seems to be independent of material standard and living conditions above a certain level. About the influence of genetics and how minor things, such as the weather, tend to affect us. The work is a two channel video installation. One screen shows a rainfall at sunset while the other screen tells a story about happiness as a topic for science on a background transitioning from a dark grey colour to a light blue.
